Seems that the 1970′s music and fashion icon Deborah Harry caused a stir when she showed up at an NYC event with some gray among her golden locks. Known as “Blondie”, Harry was the front woman of a band by the same name—her blonde hair was more than just a style choice—it was a trademark. At 62, she’s still beautiful…still sexy…still rockin’…and proudly gray.
Let this be a lesson to all these bubble gummy young women with fake hair (and fake everything else)! Substance makes style…not the other way around!

I so agree. Jamie Lee Curtis, Emilou Harris, and Kate Moss is sporting their gray and it looks great. Short, long who cares, as long as you have the right style, it looks fantastic.
I am 46 years young and have struggled for the last six years on letting the gray come out. I am so glad I did and it looks wonderful in my short style. I am glad to see that Hollywood and everyday people are embracing their age and stop putting so much into being young, as no one is young for ever. Hoorah for the gray; it never looked so good. It just goes to prove that with the right hairstyle, you do not have to look old with gray hair.
