Cheerleading isn’t just for high school girls with over-active personalities.  The latest trend in fitness is cheerleading workouts where women of all ages, shapes and sizes can get fit and have fun.  As any cheerleader (past or present) will tell you, it takes more than sparkly lip gloss to get on the squad.  Cheerleaders are athletes, and their sport requires flexibility, strength, discipline, and stamina. 

The bonus to doing this type of workout is the look of surprise on the faces of your friends and family as you break into your cheer routine during halftime at your next football party.
