Educating our children about the aging process is the smartest thing we can to do minimize the stigma associated with going gray. A little education has certainly helped me!
Here is a great article to share with your children or grandchildren. The short article explains why hair turns gray and how it is a natural part of the aging process. Just think about what could happen if our babes began to shift their perspective about gray hair, wrinkles, and even sagging body parts. The world would be a better place.

I am 42 and have been graying since I was 25. I decided am through with hair dyes and am growing out my gray. My kids and husband have been after me for years to stop doing it. I’m blogging about it on my myspace page and will have photo’s of the progress.
It is amazing how few pictures there are of the 40 the something’s women that are gray and proud. Glad I came across this page.
Hello! I found you through a comment on another blog. I am going to proudly link to your site on mine. Anyway, I am 29 and getting sexy greys on my temples and I like them. At first I was scared, but I think it’s ok. I have a confession: in the Devil Wears Prada, I thought Meryl Streep looked so sexy with her hair, that I have been secretly excited to being a silver fox!
